Hello flow friends and family! Erich and I decided we've done our fair share of talk about partner poi and it's time to walk the walk, or maybe spin the spin, should I say? Our classes will be every Thursday evening (minus a few that would otherwise fall on rather important days of the year), at a park TBD, depending on what is most convenient for our students. We also, if the demand is there, are considering doing additional classes in OC. If you are interested, regardless of your location, PLEASE post a comment so we can feel out the best central location for everybody. We both love this art so much, we want to share it with every single person who has the desire and time to learn. And for this reason, the class is donation-based only. Share what you can but come no matter what! Lastly, I want to mention one additional motive for doing this. We want to help in the manifestation of Thom Thumb's (and so many others') dream of doing Jedi Council partner poi en masse. That's right, a moduler choreographed group performance to share with the world. Erich and I can help make this happen by teaching a large group of spinners how to do basic interactive moves in EVERY direction so that combining things together for the big bang will be that much easier.
